Tower Rock Run 09 This Weekend

Audrey and I are getting ready to run the 10k Tower Rock Run again this year in Manila, UT. The course goes through Sheep Creek Canyon by the Flaming Gorge Resevoir. It is a very picturesque run, and we are looking forward to it. Last year Audrey won some money for being 1st in her age division, hopefully we can win some stuff again this year!
